We are seeking a litigation attorney with 3-5 years of experience in criminal and civil litigation. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with strong advocacy skills, a sharp legal mind, and a passion for the law. This is an opportunity to develop professionally and build a thriving litigation practice. Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in criminal defense and civil litigation matters from intake to resolution. Manage cases through all stages of litigation, including trial. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs. Appear in court for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. Engage in client counseling, case strategy development, and negotiations. Work collaboratively with the legal team to ensure effective case management. Requirements

3-5 years of litigation experience (criminal and/or civil). Strong courtroom presence and ability to handle hearings and trials. Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively. Active Georgia Bar License (Required). Responsibilities

Perform legal research, prepare for and attend hearings or other legal proceedings, and provide general counsel under the supervision of senior associate attorneys. Assist clients in determining a proper solution to legal conflicts and determine the best course of action. Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is handy for other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Draft documents such as correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts to be used in proceedings and contract negotiations. Communicate with senior associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently. Prepare for and conduct criminal hearings and trials. Compensation & Benefits
