Overview
Our client, a premier full-service law firm, is seeking a Trust & Estate Paralegal. Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Duties
Manage all phases of estate and trust administration, including probate filings, asset collection, accountings, and distributions Prepare and file documents in compliance with Pennsylvania probate procedures and Orphans’ Court Rules Assist with the preparation of fiduciary income tax returns and federal/state estate tax returns Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, courts, and financial institutions with professionalism and discretion Qualifications
6+ years of estate and trust administration experience in a law firm/legal setting Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required (ABA-approved program preferred) Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania probate procedures and Orphans’ Court Rules Familiarity with fiduciary income tax and estate tax processes Proficiency with MS Office Suite and estate administration software (e.g., Lackner or similar) Employment details
