Ability to meet company's production and quality standards. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND SURROUNDINGS Spend time indoors in air-conditioned areas. Sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, and/or stooping on a regular basis. Kneeling and/or squatting on a regular basis. Lifting over 50 lbs on a regular basis. Reaching and/or lifting overhead on a regular basis. Climbing stairs. Repetitive hand/finger movements, grasping, pushing, and pulling on a regular basis. Receive work assignments from service writers or managers. Complete repair work within the allotted time, setting goals and increasing efficiency. Order parts promptly as needed. Keep service staff informed of progress and delays to ensure customer updates. Assist in writing work orders, conducting test rides, and interacting with customers as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure all paperwork is completed and filed after each job. Update technical skills through ongoing training. Ensure vehicles are cleaner after service than when received. Complete each job thoroughly to reduce return repairs and address additional work quickly and cheerfully if needed.
