What you’ll do This role supports the UK Retail Lead to effectively implement a retail best in class people and franchising strategy, contributing to the long‑term success and growth of our retail channel operations. You will lead collaboration across territory for Retail inclusive of our franchise estate, to drive growth, and exceptional customer experiences.
The role will encompass relationship management and governance of the franchise partner group, ensuring effective communication channels, compliance with all brand standards, and fostering a collaborative network for mutual growth and success.
Oversee the integration of retail and franchising strategies, coordinate with the UK retail lead, and ensure alignment with overall corporate goals.
Align guidelines and manage for “best in class” consistent retail estate execution.
Support with development of the “best in class” People strategy for the Red Retail estate.
Focus on cohesive retail specific guidelines, governance, and structure to include operational performance guidelines, and employee engagement, to enhance workforce efficiency and satisfaction.
Provide administration, control and oversight on governance, customer, profit and efficiency across all territories for one Retail Estate view for the UK.
Ensure UK Retail Estate has accurate training and reporting – identifying any challenges and resolutions.
Support in the management of the franchise development process, including support and administration of a franchisee national leadership group constitution, franchisee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support.
Roll out of strategic pilots, programmes, events & projects across UK Retail estate.
Who you are
Good understanding of operational structure of the VodafoneThree Retail estate
Prior knowledge and expertise of HR policies and processes
Prior experience, or ability to, develop strong Franchise Partner relationships
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate with a wide range of different stakeholders
Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage a wide variety of different stakeholders of varying seniority, both internal and external
Strong organisation skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple projects running concurrently
Flexibility to travel as required by the business
