About the role: As Brand Manager for Robinsons (FTC), you will help shape the brand marketing agenda for Robinsons RTD, within the newly created Hydration Brand Team. This fixed term contract role will play a huge part in our ambitious growth plans and exciting plans & partnerships for 2026 and beyond.

Reporting to the

Marketing Controller – Lipton & Robinsons RTD

this role will play a key part of our success journey, and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

Role Responsibilities:

Leading the extended cross functional teams when turning plans into reality, owning key brand metrics (incl full financial P&L) and ensuring the effective delivery of agreed brand activities and programmes.

Develop and execute leading edge marketing programs and activities that create sustainable brand led growth, ensuring exceptional execution every time.

Work with the Commercial Growth team to align brand, commercial, category plans, including Channel targets, ensuring standards are aligned for how your brands show up on the shelf.

Collaborate closely with the Insight and Value Realisation teams to establish appropriate brand-in-channel price and pack architectures, ensuring the number of sku’s in market facilitates efficiency in the supply organisation.

Responsibility for the in-year performance of your brands KPI’s, partnering your Brand Operations colleagues to deliver clear and simple insight led reporting with clear actions and interventions as appropriate.

Develop and bringing NPD to market – creating a clear story for sales and deployment to customers.

Work closely with project management and innovation to ensure delivery on time and in full against agreed objectives.

Support Marketing Controller in delivering clear updates to all key stakeholders.

Manage all project management processes for innovation and relevant activations.

Experience and Key Attributes:

Proven brand management and branded commercial experience.

Experience in managing commercial brand performance and understanding brand P&L.

Strong track record in broad cross-functional project management and delivery.

Experience in creating and applying consumer, shopper and category insights into brand strategy and actionable plans.

Budgetary control of defined projects and programmes.

Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
