The goal of the Sales Support Specialist is to manage the functions essential to sales force productivity and provide day‑to‑day sales operations support such as generating proposal, bid related documents, cost and pricing analysis, contract review and facilitate sales motion. The Sales Support Specialist will work closely with global Sales Support Lead, other sales support, and account executive to manage day‑to‑day sales operations and enhance the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. A key responsibility will be helping the sales team meet and exceed sales forecasts and revenue targets utilizing data analytics and actionable reporting.

Responsibilities

Work within the global sales support team and work closely with Sales Support Lead to support Account Executives across regions

Ensure that all proposals are prepared according to the commercial guidelines and approved in a timely manner for submission to client with Account Executives

Perform cost and price calculations in coordination with Account Executive

Operations and ensure that company gross margin target as per company strategy is achieved

Ensure that the sales processes adhere to the appropriate approval process and in line with the current company Sales Strategy and Commercial Guideline

Perform risk assessment and coordinate with tool planning team to mitigate risk for the company

Facilitate handover from Sales to Operations to ensure smooth transition of information and ownership

Review commercial impact on contract and assist on negotiation with client when required

Responsible for client portal registration by facilitating input from different department and maintenance of the data

Assist finance team in the event of any potential dispute in payments from client

Implement systems for business and sales controlling, carry out regular analysis as well as ad‑hoc reports

Attend events as required to support the Sales Team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, a technical diploma or related education is required

Minimum two years' experience in a data driven analytical role

Minimum one year experience developing, improving, and implementing new and revised processes

Must be proficient in spoken and written English, Spanish is a plus
