Relief Account Manager

- Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Coralville and surroundings. Hiring Immediately. The Relief Sales Manager is responsible for up-selling and fulfillment/replenishment, focusing on execution and merchandising. This role supports retention and penetration of large format customers by geography and handles on-premise customers. You will support Keurig Dr Pepper brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.

Shift and Schedule

Full-time

6:30 am until work is finished (approximately 42 to 45 hours per week)

Monday – Friday

Occasional weekends based on business needs

Flexibility to work overtime/holidays as needed

Position Responsibilities

Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth, market share, and distribution; achieve specific volume objectives by providing a seamless experience to customers in the absence of an Account Manager.

Contact key personnel in assigned accounts to pre-sell products, promotions, displays, point-of-sale material, beverage section revamps, and service requirements.

Develop and implement beverage shelf reallocations to maximize sales of Keurig Dr Pepper brands.

Participate in installing revamped beverage sections, displays and placement of point-of-sale material according to merchandising standards.

Stock and merchandise Keurig Dr Pepper brands in the allocated beverage section, including racks and secondary displays.

Assist in the sale, placement, and changing of vendors in chain store accounts; check regularly for proper mechanical operation, cleanliness, selection and product availability.

Maintain accurate sales records for all assigned accounts, including reports on promotional activity, competitive sales and space allocations.

Maintain adequate back stock in each account to ensure product availability for in-store stocking and merchandising.

Total Rewards

Pay starting at $25.01 per hour.

Requirements

1 year of customer service experience in a retail environment or a sales position with accountability for sales targets/up-selling.

Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.

Possession of a valid driver’s license.

Proof of vehicle insurance

Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
