RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experience Sales Operations Manager in support of our enterprise networking and cloud solutions customer in New York, NY.
Summary:
We are searching for a resource to join our Strategy and Planning Run the Business team. We are looking for someone with creative ideas that can aid us in taking them from the drawing board to dynamic solutions that have real world impact. The Sales Operations Manager will collaborate with leaders and develop incredible relationships with colleagues who share your interest in connecting the unconnected. They will be part of a team that cares about its customers and enjoys having fun.
Your Impact:
Executive Communication: be able to take the quantitative insights and explain the insights in a digestible way to key stakeholders to drive action Cross-Functional Interaction: Proactively interact with cross-functional teams to better understand strengths and opportunities in the business, while aligning to action Aid in driving compensation planning, ensuring a balanced approach to driving the right behaviors aligned to fiscal year strategies and business priorities Establish a two-way relationship with each of the business leaders on their needs, assessing commonalities, and deliver the readiness and insights they need to grow Be fact-based and hands on with data and analysis where needed while also utilizing existing standard methodologies wherever possible
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience in a combination of sales strategy, operations, or management consulting Strong in framing & structuring business problems, prioritizing the effort, conducting complex quantitative and qualitative analysis, building an exec level story complete with recommendations Consistent track record in cross-functional collaboration, establishing relationships and driving successful outcomes in a matrixed environment Strong communications & influencing skills, experience working with partners at all levels, producing exec level content and conducting exec conversations Lead transformation work across our largest businesses including levers around hunting, growth drivers, and lifecycle Strategic thinker, analytical in nature, you understand the numbers and are energized by solving problems Tools proficiency: Required: Excel (PivotTables, etc.), PowerPoint (presentation building) Experience or exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization/analytics tools a plus Familiarity with Cisco tools a plus. (IE: SalesForce.com, etc.) Curious and flexible, you enjoy variety and are willing to tackle different roles/responsibilities as business needs evolve
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
