Husky TechnologiesTM United States manufacturing facility is located in Milton, Vermont on a large, beautiful campus located just 30 minutes north of downtown Burlington, Vermont. Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop the HRC Sales Support Team for Americas, including people and processes development.

Allocate resources effectively across projects and applications, ensuring optimal team utilization.

Promote collaborative work with the Sales, Production Engineering, Product Development, Operations, Quality and Service Teams.

Nourish a true customer centric culture and passion for excellence.

Align processes globally supporting the local needs.

Establish goals, objectives, and target deadlines for team that align with Husky’s strategy.

Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and technical proposals.

Support development of workforce planning and identify capacity or capability gaps. Define strategies to overcome those gaps.

Provide deep technical guidance to the Application Engineering team so that they can develop optimal customer‑specific solutions.

Support Sales in complex opportunities in order to develop and value sell Husky solutions.

Mitigate risk on projects with high exposure, reducing Husky warranty exposure.

Qualifications

Technical degree and several years of relevant experience.

Understanding of plastic injection molding technology including design and manufacturing.

Related experience in functions that required customer interaction.

Demonstrated people development and process improvement abilities.

Very strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office applications.

Excellent organizational skills.

Demonstrates decisiveness, reliability, mental toughness, self‑motivation and energy.

Proven customer relationship skills.

Fluent in English.

Portuguese and/or Spanish skills considered an asset.

Salary Range 146k-160k
