to oversee and grow distributor relationships across the

Michigan

and

Indiana/Ohio

and focused on

selling through building product distributors, lumber yards, and specialty dealers —not to contractors or homeowners. You’ll inherit an established territory and be expected to manage and grow those accounts, while also developing new business. What You’ll Do Serve as the face of the company in your assigned territory Manage and grow existing distributor and dealer relationships Identify new business opportunities with regional supply partners Provide product education, pricing guidance, and order support Collaborate with customer service and operations to ensure a seamless experience Travel 3–4 days per week with 1–2 overnight stays expected What We’re Looking For Must-Haves: 5–10 years of

B2B outside sales

experience (building materials strongly preferred) Experience working with or selling to

distributors or dealer networks Strong presentation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule without supervision Solid employment history (3+ years per role preferred) Nice-to-Haves: Background in

windows, doors, or related building products Experience with companies like
