$105,000 - $120,000/year
plus sales incentive bonus. A company car, laptop, and cell phone are provided to support success.
What You Will Be Doing
Commercial Strategy & Sales Ownership : Lead the commercial strategy for Lowes.com, aligning digital initiatives with company-wide business goals
Trade Fund & ROI : Manage the trade fund budget to ensure favorable financial outcomes and strong ROI
Digital Promotions : Oversee the development and execution of the digital promotional calendar, managing paid media and content marketing to create a cohesive customer experience
Data & Reporting : Use data to analyze the commercial impact of digital efforts; conduct KPI deep-dives (sales growth and ROAS) and provide actionable reporting to senior leadership
Sales Analysis : Own weekly/monthly sales analysis for Lowes.com to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend promotional strategies
Account & Partnership Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Lowes.com, including Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and IT
Act as the primary contact for Lowes.com merchant teams, communicating new product launches, promotional plans, and performance updates
Serve as the "voice of the customer" within Moen and share insights with internal stakeholders
Lead the planning, creation, and delivery of online product presentations
eCommerce & Digital Leadership
Optimize product listings and content to maximize discoverability and conversion
Use data and market insights to identify trends, threats, and opportunities to drive continuous improvement
Troubleshoot operational challenges impacting digital sales (out-of-stock, pricing discrepancies, content errors)
Explore and lead new growth opportunities including beta programs, platform features, and AI-driven tools
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal teams to manage Moen's online product pages and ensure a cohesive strategy, including imagery and enhanced content
Collaborate with the Retail Media Manager to execute paid media strategy, including budget and performance tracking
Minimize product transition and return costs while meeting key financial metrics
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of business experience, including 2+ years in a National Account Management role
Experience in the home improvement channel
Strong understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing, including managing retail media campaigns and optimizing digital shelf content
Analytical thinker with ability to use data to drive strategy
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell a story with data to senior leaders
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Nice To Have:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related
Experience supporting a large retailer
Experience or knowledge of AI tools for data analysis

105,000 - 120,000 USD . Actual salaries may vary based on education, training, experience, and location. In addition to base salary, employees participate in an annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan.
