Responsibilities Manage an assigned account, or group of accounts, with the primary responsibility to create value for the assigned customers through the technical service provided; identify new product opportunities and sell to existing customers. Focus on maintaining revenue, capturing price, and improving gross profit. May work on attaining new business where appropriate, but that is not the primary assignment.

Knowledge Requires extensive knowledge in specialized functions. A broad and comprehensive understanding of both general and specific aspects and the technical phases of the job and their practical application to complex problems and situations.

Job Complexity Usually works without established procedures, performing a wide variety of nonstandard complex tasks using advanced techniques and requiring extensive knowledge of the discipline. Analyzes requirements for special projects and recommends methods and processes to accomplish them. Supports design and development of new or modified equipment or methods for improved performance through analysis and checks. Evaluates and resolves calibration and troubleshooting problems. Leads and mentors others, may assign work and schedule workflow.

Impact Impact of work is significant to the assigned area. Erroneous work could affect schedule and mission success.

Compensation and Benefits At Solenis, we offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K, plus opportunities for professional growth and development. The expected compensation range for this position is between $83,500.00 and $139,100.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors permitted by law.
