Conduct cold outreach to prospects to generate leads and initiate sales conversations. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Deliver compelling product demonstrations to potential clients. Effectively manage the sales cycle. Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM. Requirements
2+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of success in cold calling and lead generation. A hunter mentality with a strong personality and strong closing skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, including objection handling, pipeline management, and follow-up strategies. Proficiency in using sales tools and technology (CRM, G Suite, Zoom, etc.). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience selling to the healthcare industry or in a FinTech environment is a plus. Seniority level
