Must be based in NYC & from a startup hunter/closer sales environment.

You’ve prospected, sold & closed relentlessly. You’re obsessed with performance, competition & winning. Minimum 12 months revenue-generating sales experience with full deal ownership History of contributing to major scaling or growth achievements You want to build & close your own pipeline You can win trust quickly & handle rejection without slowing down You’re fluent with multi-channel outreach Comfortable engaging decision-makers in boutique, fast-moving business environments Startup experience is a plus –
grit matters more than anything In this role, you’ll: Work alongside an intense A* high performing hunter/closer sales team Run outbound & build pipeline across multiple channels Execute high-frequency business development activities – direct outreach, events, territory coverage Handle the full prospect lifecycle from first contact to contract Drive client onboarding across diverse segments Deliver product demos using structured evaluation criteria Partner with technical teams to feed market intelligence back into strategy Contribute proactively to broader business growth initiatives Hit & exceed monthly benchmarks What’s on offer: $80,000-$100,000 base + commission 50/50 OTE ($160,000+) Equity within a high-performing post-revenue startup Health, dental & vision On-site in NYC with a team that’s all-in Interview Process: Culture & mindset chat Case study Live cold-call sprint Final with leadership Equal Opportunity Employer.
