Job Summary Our Client Service Manager plays a key role in understanding client goals and contributes to the delivery of personalized, comprehensive financial solutions. As a primary point of contact, you will ensure that our practice delivers client service, supports our Advisor's success, and nurtures meaningful, lasting relationships with our clients – relationships that are the foundation of our business. You will report to the Director of Client Service.
What You'll Do Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary contact for client service needs, delivering prompt, personalized support by phone, email, and in-person interactions
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing thoughtful, proactive service
Respond quickly to custodian alerts and client inquiries
Operational Support
Process account transactions, coordinate maintenance requests, and manage client cash flow needs with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting all service activity to ensure data integrity and continuity of care
Prepare for client meetings by scheduling, gathering relevant data, and ensuring materials are complete and accurate
Team Collaboration
Partner with advisors and internal teams to ensure alignment between each client's financial plan and its implementation
Support team plans and ad hoc projects that enhance our client experience and operational efficiency
Build relationships with external partners such as attorneys and CPAs to support client needs holistically
Compliance & Quality
Ensure all client interactions and documentation comply with practice policies and regulatory standards
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery
What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems and financial planning tools (e.g., "Salesforce", eMoney, Black Diamond, Excel) preferred
2+ years of experience in a client service or financial services role
