Sales Operations Manager , you will report directly to the Senior Sales Operations Manager. In this role, you will act as the cornerstone, ensuring the precision and efficacy of our sales processes and strategies across the global fields team. This role transcends traditional operational duties, enhancing, innovating, and leading our sales force to further success. This role will sit within our New York office. What you’ll be doing: Serve as the primary business partner to our global Sales VP’s and associated regional Customer leadership, enabling them to drive revenue and bookings. Forge a close partnership with leadership, contributing your insights and executing the commercial strategy. Champion operational excellence within the sales and customer divisions, setting the pace for innovation and efficiency. Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our sales technology stack, ensuring flawless data management and utilization. Collaborate with the broader Go-To-Market (GTM) Ops team to establish and refine performance metrics, facilitating informed decision-making. Redefine and optimize the territorial distribution ensuring comprehensive market coverage and increased sales efficiency. Swiftly address and resolve operational challenges, suggesting improvements for scalable growth. Work in tandem with the Enablement teams to identify and rectify knowledge and skill gaps, ensuring ongoing development and training. Analyze performance, managing pipeline and forecasting with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Document and disseminate operational best practices to elevate overall team performance. What you’ll need: 5+ years in a Sales Operations role, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment. Experience working within a global sales and GTM operation. A problem-solver, who has demonstrated leveraging data to drive business decisions. Proficient in the nuances of data analysis and modeling, familiar with SQL and extracting insights from Salesforce (SFDC). Demonstrated entrepreneurial experience working within a fast growing, ambiguous environment. A demonstrated multitasker, adept at managing multiple initiatives, from broad-scale projects to immediate operational demands. Experience working and collaborating within a broader team, fostering both individual and collective achievements. About us: Digital commerce is built on trust. We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $165,000 annually + bonus + equity + benefits.
