$20.00/hr - $28.00/hr Position summary

What you'll do: Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying member needs, and guiding members regarding self-service technology; assist members with purchasing decisions; locate merchandise; resolve member issues; and promote the company's products and services. Assist management with supervision of associates, including assigning duties, communicating goals, training, and ensuring customer service standards. Receive and stock supplies from distribution centers and vendors; maintain the sales floor and product displays; ensure safety and compliance with company policies; monitor product quality and sanitation; manage returns, recalls, and shrink; coordinate club pick up orders; and collaborate with managers and coworkers to meet business needs. Lead and participate in teams, provide guidance, and model adaptability to change. Foster a culture of respect, integrity, and high ethical standards in line with company policies. Key responsibilities

Provide member service, identify member needs, and guide using self-service technology; assist with purchasing decisions and product locations; resolve issues and promote products and services. Supervise associates in the assigned area: assign duties, communicate goals, train, and provide feedback; ensure issues are resolved per company guidelines. Receive, stock, and organize merchandise; maintain sales floor presentation and complete required documentation. Maintain safety by following procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions. Monitor merchandise quality, product rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation; manage product displays and pricing per policy. Oversee picking and staging of club pick up orders; coordinate with management on processes to meet business needs. Develop and implement processes to improve operations; analyze information and identify improvement opportunities. Promote compliance with policies and ethics; support Open Door Policy and address compliance issues with management. Lead teams, share resources, and support others to achieve timelines and quality; model adaptability to change. Benefits

Minimum qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience Preferred qualifications
