This role reports to the National Sales Manager and serves within the Freshwater market. As the Regional Sales Manager on the Dometic Marine OEM Freshwater team, you will drive sales efforts for Dometic Marine’s key product categories: Ride & Handling, Boat Living, and Mobile Power Solutions. You will manage assigned accounts within the territory, understand customer applications to support strategic selling, and build strong relationships with key boat builders. The role may involve acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing in-depth technical knowledge and support across the organization. Responsibilities

Drive various business initiatives through all channels to align with the regional and NA Aftermarkets overall goals & objectives Promote and drive new product placement and sales through all available channels Manage marketing funds to best promote and support the regions objectives in line with the overall P&L goals Direct and manage the assigned rep group to best meet the goals of the region Build a network of key dealer partners in the region to assist in product placement, installation, and feedback Fully support and drive all initiatives around the SAM (Service & Aftermarket) including all dealer development initiatives Develop and support Optimus dealer opportunities in the region, including identifying new Optimus dealers and supporting existing customers Identify and work with Dealer Services Manager to develop regional Optimus training centers Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and growth of the company Dealer Program Manage the region’s distribution network to drive business growth and align with company-wide initiatives Responsible for trade show development and implementation in the region What do we offer?

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of B2B or marine sales experience, with a proven track record in OEM Freshwater sales (pontoon, bass, aluminum, ski/wake) Strong technical knowledge, with expertise in Ride & Handling, Boat Living, and/or Mobile Power Solutions preferred Demonstrated success in managing accounts, closing sizable contracts, and developing strong customer relationships Proficient in MS Office and other business software Competencies and qualities

Strong sense of urgency and results driven Skilled in strategic selling, with an ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product solutions Excellent negotiation and presentation skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills Collaborative team player, able to work cross-functional with the AM team and other departments Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships Proactive, with a customer-first approach to solving problems and addressing needs Dometic’s Core Values
