Overview

Well-established US-based manufacturer in need of an experienced CMM Programmer to join the team - 1st shift! Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year.

NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE Responsibilities

Preparing CMM programs per customer specifications and evaluating the quality of product throughout the manufacturing process prior to shipping. Inspecting and approving pieces in casting and machining (including a complete layout each time a machining center is set up for production). Inspecting casting defects, workmanship, cleanliness, and packaging of products prior to shipment. Creating certificates of conformance, material certificates, RoHS certificates, and other test reports required to ship with production orders. Performing internal ISO audits and resolving any problems found. Programming, running, and maintaining CMM equipment. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field. 4+ years of experience in CMM programming. Experience with Roamer and Zeiss equipment. Ability to operate CMMs and read CMM reports. Experience with PC-DMIS software. Outstanding analytical and mechanical skills; strong attention to detail. Familiarity with Six Sigma. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the manufacturing environment and with customers. Great energy, reliability, and teamwork. Benefits and About Us
