Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) . We're seeking a skilled CMM Programmer for a first shift position. In this role, you'll create programs for coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure accurate inspection of precision components. The ideal candidate can interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D models, determine tooling or fixturing requirements, and develop inspection documentation. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement CMM programs using PC-DMIS software. Review part designs, models, and engineering drawings to plan inspections. Create in-process inspection sheets and work instructions. Ensure compliance with GD&T requirements. Support first article and in-process inspections, especially in aerospace applications. Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of recent experience programming CMMs with PC-DMIS. Strong understanding of GD&T. Familiarity with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling machines. Ability to work from CAD models and 2D drawings. Experience inspecting aerospace components is preferred. Bachelor's degree is a plus. Prior machining experience (5 years preferred).
