Overview
Sales Solutions Manager, NA - Global Business Solutions. The Sales Solutions team partners with cross-functional stakeholders to design, scale, and operationalize sales initiatives across North America, acting as the connective layer between functions to ensure alignment, resolve challenges, and deliver scalable solutions that empower the sales organization to achieve growth.
This role is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of the department. The person will leverage strategic thinking, tactical planning, relationship building, and program management to synthesize business goals and partner with key cross-functional partners on developing an executable action plan, driving implementation, and defining measurable success metrics to enable long-term sales success.
Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Planning:
Define program goals, success metrics, and timelines tied to business priorities. Build clear frameworks and roadmaps to guide execution and ensure alignment with Sales and cross-functional teams. Translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver measurable outcomes.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Ops to drive alignment and accountability. Manage stakeholder engagement across multiple teams, ensuring clarity and momentum.
Program Operations:
Analyze workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Implement scalable processes that boost productivity and operational effectiveness. Maintain program documentation, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
Leadership & Stakeholder Reporting:
Monitor program progress, track key metrics, and provide insights to leadership. Highlight risks and dependencies with mitigation strategies. Prepare status updates, presentations, and dashboards for executive stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement & Impact:
Evaluate outcomes, optimize performance, share lessons learned, and scale successful initiatives. Support innovation with flexible frameworks adaptable to evolving priorities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
5+ years of program management experience in technical sales within a fast-paced, global team environment
Strong project management with a track record of delivering projects in digital media and adtech product environments
Ability to define and measure success metrics, analyze results, communicate insights, and iterate to optimize outcomes
Ability to organize and present multiple sources of information in a structured, clear format; detail-oriented; ability to coordinate across multiple teams/countries
Adaptability to shifting priorities and agile plan pivots
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and facilitate discussions
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships across teams
Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with TikTok's ad products, ad server platform, and ecosystem
Experience driving complex initiatives with a focus on product adoption and revenue enablement
Proven ability to map stakeholders and shape joint initiatives

Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $80,000 – $133,334 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses, incentives, and RSUs. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid holidays, sick days, and personal time.
