Executive Director at Greran and Greka Group Greran Group, the family office is looking for a Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to start immediately in the New York Family office. The role will report to Group Vice President. This is a fulltime onsite position.

Responsibilities

Monthly consolidation of several subsidiaries’ companies

Monthly accounts payable and receivable collections

Monthly bank reconciliation

Annual support to external tax accountants for all filings

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

QuickBooks software experience

Microsoft Office and excellent in Excel

One month transition from current accountant retiring after 25 years.
