Full-Time | On-Site | Immediate Start About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper (Accounting) & Office Administrator to join our team at Rockefeller Plaza, New York. This role focuses primarily on accounting rather than administrative support. You will be responsible for managing the books of eight subsidiary companies, preparing financial records for PwC to complete tax filings, and ensuring all transactions are accurately maintained in QuickBooks. Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records for multiple entities using QuickBooks Prepare books for PwC for annual tax filings Handle monthly consolidation across multiple subsidiaries Manage accounts payable and receivable processes Perform monthly bank reconciliations Support external tax accountants during annual filings Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred) 1+ years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience (family office experience a plus) Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and highly skilled in Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple entities and meet deadlines Available for a one-month transition period with the current accountant (retiring after 25 years) Must be onsite full-time in Rockefeller Plaza, New York What We Offer
