Quality Manager We’re looking for a
Quality Manager
to champion our commitment to flawless products, robust processes, and exceptional customer satisfaction. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a talented quality team and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that every product, process, and supplier meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and compliance. What You’ll Do
Lead and develop the Quality department — including engineers, technicians, and supervisors — fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Oversee all plant quality processes to ensure alignment with organizational standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations. Act as the
Management Quality Representative , bringing the customer’s perspective into every decision. Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, root cause investigations, and proactive problem-solving. Partner with Production, Engineering, and Purchasing teams to align quality objectives with efficiency and cost optimization goals. Establish and maintain inspection and testing programs for incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods. Manage and refine systems such as
PPAP, APQP, Control Plans, PFMEA, and MSA/GR&R
to strengthen process capability. Lead investigations and corrective actions for customer complaints and nonconformance issues. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met and maintained. Analyze and report on key quality metrics, driving corrective and preventive actions. Ensure compliance with
ISO 9001
and
IATF 16949
standards. What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree
in Engineering, Quality, or a related field. 8+ years
in a Quality Management or Quality Supervision role with proven leadership experience. Strong background with quality tools:
SPC, RCCA (8D, 5-Why, A3), DOE, PFMEA, Control Plans, and MSA/GR&R . Proven experience implementing and maintaining quality systems ( ISO 9001, IATF 16949 ). 6+ years
managing supplier quality relationships and negotiations. Strong understanding of the
Cost of Quality
and how to leverage it for process improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis tools. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Seniority level
