Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect with 15+ years of broad experience in the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise middleware solutions, including Integration, API Management, and MDM using the Boomi platform. The architect will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and provide hands‑on design and technical leadership for projects leveraging the Boomi stack.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integration processes across cloud and on‑premises applications using Boomi AtomSphere.
Experience in integration governance, reusable framework design, and CI/CD automation within Boomi.
Exposure to modern iPaaS platforms and hybrid integration architecture. Strong understanding of security, performance optimization, and monitoring in enterprise integration environments.
Develop, optimize, and implement scalable integrations to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Analyze source system data, identify integration needs, and contribute to solution design and architecture.
Build and support Boomi processes and APIs, leveraging frameworks such as message queuing, caching, API management, and advanced data transformation techniques.
Work extensively with SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, WSDL, XSD, and JSON technologies.
Design and implement integrations with multiple enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Databases, NetSuite, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and other business applications.
Maintain strong database understanding, including schema design and query optimization.
Ensure adherence to integration best practices, design standards, and security compliance.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and junior architects.
Collaborate with Business and Application Architects to translate business drivers and strategies into robust middleware architectures.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
Conduct design reviews, identify risks, and propose best‑practice solutions for enterprise‑scale deployments.
Required Skills & Experience
Boomi Integration Associate / Professional Developer / Architect Certification is mandatory.
Proven hands‑on experience with Boomi AtomSphere, covering process design, API management, and MDM.
Experience working with multiple integration endpoints (cloud and on‑premise).
Ability to identify problems, analyze impacts across business units, evaluate best practices, and implement scalable, customized solutions.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive solutions independently and lead cross‑functional discussions.
