Provide technical leadership on integration/software development, architecture, best practices on security, scalability, and performance. Effectively work with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, development teams, and architects to implement software solutions that will align with business and enterprise objectives. Responsibilities: Architect and manage end-to-end integration processes, including data mapping, transformation, and workflow configuration. Develop and implement integration strategies aligned with company objectives, acting as a thought leader on designing, implementing, managing, and scaling our integration platform using modern architecture and technologies. Collaborate with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, integration & development teams, and architects to gather requirements ensuring solutions align with business and enterprise goals. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Assist project teams in delivering solutions by providing guidance to application, engineering, and operations teams. Provide technical leadership on integration development, API management, data quality, and error handling across enterprise applications. Optimize platform performance through high availability, scalability, monitoring, logging, and tuning. Build reusable frameworks, APIs, and connectors for data and system connectivity. Estimate projects based on requirements, design, and specifications; monitor schedules and quality of deliverables. Design and manage integrations based on industry best practices, policies, and procedures. Ensure solutions meet data governance, compliance, and security standards, collaborating with cybersecurity teams on security protocols. Create and maintain documentation, including architecture blueprints and data flow mappings; conduct training for teams on best practices and Boomi techniques. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance our platform. Develop future technical roadmaps and monitor key performance metrics to ensure SLAs are met. Identify opportunities for automation, reusability, and efficiency in workflows. Review code for best practices and manage vendor relationships, ensuring SLAs are met. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, math, or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of experience in software applications and integrations. Hands-on experience with Boomi Integration platform runtime. Experience in SaaS solutions, cloud infrastructure (Microservices, RESTful APIs, AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, MySQL, NoSQL). Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#, or Node.js are a plus. Expertise in JavaScript, Groovy, ReactJS, NodeJS, AngularJS, and web service architecture. Experience with low-code platforms like Boomi Flow or similar. Understanding of Swagger (OpenAPI), REST API standards. Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub/GitHub Actions, Jenkins. Knowledge of APIs like Autodesk, Databricks, Toric, and data integration is a plus. Extensive experience with Boomi Atmosphere, API Management, Data Hub, and related capabilities. Leadership in AI-engineered solutions for business challenges. Deep understanding of middleware, API, ETL, and EDI standards. Proficiency in RESTful and SOAP APIs, JSON, XML. Solid database concepts knowledge (SQL, NoSQL). Security best practices including OAuth, SSL, data encryption. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and demonstrate flexibility and proactive learning.
