Work on first-party property, bad faith, and insurance coverage litigation matters. Provide strong research and writing, with practical case management experience in both state and federal courts. Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and motions; take and defend depositions; participate in court appearances and trial. Collaborate with partners and mentors to support the firm’s growth and client objectives. Qualifications
Strong academic credentials and excellent research and writing abilities. Experience in first-party property, bad faith, and insurance coverage litigation. Practical case management experience in state and federal courts, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions; taking and defending depositions; court appearances; and trial experience. Admitted and in good standing in the state to which applying; additional admissions in other states are a plus. Employment details
Employment type: Full-time Seniority level: Entry level Location: United States offices (hybrid arrangements considered) Salary: Attorney compensation ranges from $150,000 to $220,000 annually; salary is contingent upon level of experience, practice group, location and other factors permitted by law. Other: 1920-hour requirement; competitive salary, annual performance-based raises, discretionary bonus, and benefits package.
