We are currently looking for a 1st Shift, Quality Tech, Monday through Friday, to join our VALUES based organization. In this role you will focus on .
Responsibilities:
Determine specifications and validate manufactured products and identify quality concerns
Thorough understanding of Work Order tickets & the ability to read and interpret Shop drawings and templates
Identify cause of errors, problems and/or defects
Assist in recommending and developing solutions to address quality concerns and to enhance quality/productivity
Discuss validation results with those responsible for products and recommend corrective actions
Qualifications:
3+ years production line experience in a manufacturing environment; experience as a millwork assembler or master carpenter is a plus.
Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor, lead or co-worker
The ability to see details at close range and match or detect differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness.
Must be able to read tape measure
