Troubleshoot hardware and software issues courteously and efficiently. Handle customer support requests via phone, ServiceNow, email, and in-person. Document and track all problem/resolution activity to ensure timely resolution. Install basic PC software applications (MS Office, Citrix, etc.). Stage and configure new and existing desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Requirements

Proven experience in desktop support and troubleshooting in corporate environments. Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. Proficiency in Windows and macOS systems. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume support environments. Skills
