Prepare timely and accurate operating expense trend reports and conduct detailed monthly account analysis for assigned locations and departments Perform fluctuation analyses and provide explanations based on established materiality thresholds Analyze, prepare, and present balance sheet account reconciliations and supporting schedules Prepare comprehensive partnership financial packages (monthly, quarterly, and annually), including income statements, balance sheets, and related schedules Lead and organize monthly financial reviews with operations teams and joint venture partners Partner with management to prepare the annual budget for assigned markets and account categories Requirements
4+ years of progressive experience in Public accounting and Auditing Strong grasp of budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement preparation Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis functions Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with precision Familiarity with accounting systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains is a plus Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in accounting, or finance Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is highly preferred Proficiency in accounting software such as Oracle NetSuite Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP Solid analytical and problem-solving skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Seniority level
