Private Equity Staff / Fund Accountant , you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive financial and operational support to our clients. Responsibilities

Private Equity Fund Accounting: Prepare and maintain fund accounting records, including capital account allocations, waterfall calculations, and investor allocations; reconcile investment activity such as contributions, distributions, and capital calls; prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP; prepare support for annual regulatory compliance filings with the SEC. Management Company Accounting: Manage day-to-day accounting operations for private equity management companies; perform accounts payable and receivable, cash reconciliations, budgeting/forecasting; assist with payroll and other administrative financial tasks. Tax Compliance: Prepare and review tax workpapers (K-1s, partnership, and individual returns); collaborate with tax advisors to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations; conduct basic tax research. Client Collaboration and Support: Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries with timely and accurate communication; assist with audits, investor relations, and regulatory filings as needed; identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies to enhance client service. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 0-3 years of experience in private equity fund accounting. Strong understanding of US GAAP, private equity accounting principles, and partnership structures. Experience with Investran and CCH is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What We Offer
