High School diploma or equivalent required Strong data entry and computer skills required Strong customer service skills required Bookkeeping skills preferred Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable Responsibilities
Receipts and deposits all school monies. Maintains financial records for all activity accounts. Keeps an inventory of all supplies. Issues purchase orders for all budgeted and fee accounts. Assists with processing leave requests. Manages student insurance. Completes financial reports as necessary. Reconciles invoices, bank statements and reports. Performs general office duties such as answering the telephone, greeting visitors, distribution of mail, copying and maintenance of office machines. Provides back-up for the secretary and attendance clerk. Performs Other duties as assigned. Requirements
