Senior Accountant
to join its team. This role is ideal for an adaptable, detail-oriented professional who thrives working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll manage the month-end close process, ensure the accuracy of financial records, and provide key insights to leadership, all while supporting multiple entities. What You’ll Do
Lead and manage the month-end close process across multiple entities. Maintain accurate books and records, ensuring compliance with GAAP. Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations. Analyze financial data to support leadership decision-making. Manage intercompany transactions and reporting. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reporting. Support special projects as the business grows. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel (pivot tables, lookups), and Google Drive. Experience in multi-entity accounting highly preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Seniority level
