WE LOVE OUR WORK.
Ensure culinary standards and operational guidelines are followed within a specific outlet during a shift, including kitchen areas, food prep, and facilities.
Manage all aspects of food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, stock levels, and problem resolution.
Recommend menu changes and plan menus to improve food costs, volume, quality, and presentation.
Perform various culinary tasks as needed, including broiler, sauté, Asian cuisine, and prep work.
Meet or exceed sanitation standards (ServSafe certified).
Support safety and accident prevention programs, including knife handling and proper lifting techniques.
Monitor and implement garbage separation and disposal standards.
Coordinate workflow during shifts to meet business demands and ensure customer satisfaction.
Engage with customers, solicit feedback on food quality, and address concerns professionally.
Represent the company positively and motivate others to do the same.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited institution is preferred.
At least two years of progressively challenging experience in a high-volume, quality food establishment.
Knowledge of menu planning, soups, sauces, meats, poultry, and seafood.
Understanding of food and labor costs.
Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent customer service and employee relations skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
Ability to listen and respond to visual and auditory cues.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve operational goals.
Compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards.
Effective labor management to minimize overtime and optimize staffing based on guest traffic.
Complete required training and understand policies and procedures.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
Knowledge of and compliance with departmental, property, and company policies.
Maintain health department standards; inspection scores should meet or exceed standards. Ensure restaurant cleanliness.
Ensure value and pricing standards of the outlet.
Physically capable of pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting up to 25 lbs., and performing tasks requiring reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, stacking, crouching, kneeling, and balancing in various work areas.
