Keep food costs within budget. Control portion sizes, minimize waste, and present menu items as specified. Maintain a clean, sanitary area per ServSafe and state regulations. Prepare weekly schedules and manage labor costs. Train and supervise cooks to adhere to policies and standards. Maintain positive guest relations. Coordinate with culinary supervisors and managers for efficient service. Perform culinary duties as needed. Manage daily cash control. Operate POS systems when required. BRING US YOUR BEST. High School Diploma/GED; Culinary Arts degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience or equivalent education and experience. Knowledge of menu planning, soups, sauces, meats, poultry, and seafood. Understanding of food and labor costs. Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints. Basic math skills. Problem-solving and data analysis skills. Basic computer skills and POS operation.
