As a
Scenic Designer,
you’ll collaborate across teams to create show-stopping scenic environments for corporate events and activations. In this role, you will: Translate creative concepts into detailed mechanical and scenic designs that are both innovative and buildable. Partner with project managers, fabricators, and other designers to develop drawings, renderings, and plans. Work hand-in-hand with the fabrication shop to ensure designs are practical, safe, and ready for installation. Contribute to stage and set design, integrating lighting, art, and branding into cohesive scenic experiences. Participate in the entire production process—from ideation and design through onsite execution. What You’ll Bring
3+ years of professional experience
in fabrication or scenic design for corporate events, activations, theater, or related industries. Proficiency in
Vectorworks
with working knowledge of
AutoCAD ,
Adobe Creative Suite ,
Google Docs , and
Microsoft Office Suite . Knowledge of
set and lighting design, stage production
and
corporate room design . Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration across creative and technical teams. Ability to work full-time on-site in
