We are seeking a personal injury litigation attorney to join our growing practice. This is a permanent position with a hybrid working model (in-office and remote).

Salary: $80,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Details

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm specializing in personal injury cases. We seek an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team. This is a permanent position with a hybrid working model, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position offers a lucrative commission structure, providing significant earning potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in court or before government agencies.

Present evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in personal injury cases.

Examine legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting a lawsuit.

Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.

Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts and related filings.

Gather evidence to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions, by interviewing clients and witnesses.

Negotiate settlements of civil disputes.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the State Bar.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney.

Proven track record of successful personal injury case handling, from inception to resolution.

Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.

Experience attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle a high caseload and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs.

Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.

A strong sense of professional ethics and dedication to delivering high-quality legal services.
