Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Job Overview: A growing law firm is seeking a highly qualified Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its team in Indianapolis. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on handling motor vehicle accident cases in litigation, with the potential to work on other personal injury matters, such as dog bites and premises liability. This role requires managing cases through litigation and preparing for trial. Location: Indianapolis, IN Duties: Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, responses, demands, motions, and memoranda Guide clients through the legal process and maintain regular communication Collaborate with expert witnesses, including organizing conferences and drafting expert reports and affidavits Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Participate in training programs and seminars outside of normal business hours Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience At least 2 years of experience in personal injury law Active Indiana Bar License (required) Member in good standing with the State Bar Association Ability to manage an average of 50+ litigation cases Excellent client service and communication skills Strong writing and oral advocacy skills Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Certifications: Skills: Proficient in litigation and trial preparation Strong communication and client service abilities High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage a high caseload 401(k) with 401(k) matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Flexible schedule and work-from-home options Health savings account (HSA) and flexible spending account (FSA) Life insurance Referral program Competitive salary with base pay + commission Company info BCG Attorney Search 200 South Wacker Drive, 31st Floor Chicago Illinois United States 60606 Phone :
