This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our clients Mt. Laurel, NJ office,
with one remote day available after 90 days. Note:
The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law. About Our Client Our client is a respected personal injury law firm with nearly 30 years of service, dedicated to fighting for justice and fair compensation. Job Description Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-litigation process Gather, organize, and track medical records, bills, and related documentation Communicate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and lienholders (Medicare, Medicaid, Workers Comp, etc.) Prepare and maintain PIP ledgers and medical treatment summaries Draft correspondence, settlement demands, and status letters to insurance carriers Track treatment progress and provide regular case updates to attorneys and clients Assist attorneys in evaluating claims and preparing demand packages for settlement negotiations Maintain accurate case files and documentation within the firms case management system (Filevine or similar) Support attorneys in preparing cases for possible transition to litigation if unresolved Manage deadlines and ensure prompt follow-up on all open items Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Paralegal (plaintiff-side strongly preferred) Experience communicating directly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers Strong drafting and organizational skills with attention to detail Familiarity with medical terminology, records, and billing Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and legal case management software (Filevine or similar) Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Positive, professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills Bilingual Spanish a plus Why This Is a Great Opportunity Join a highly respected firm with a supportive, team-focused culture Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses Hybrid flexibility one remote workday per week after 90 days Direct involvement in meaningful personal injury cases that change lives Job Type:
