We are seeking an

APP Clinical Manager

to act as a liaison between all

Pediatric General Surgery

Advanced Practice Providers and the service line leadership. This position will include both clinical and leadership responsibilities. Position Details

Full-time, DaysShift 40 hrs/week; 3x12s; 5am-5pm; holiday rotation 70-80% clinical & 20-30% administrative 100% Inpatient No Call Patient population: Pediatric general surgery and trauma, Newborn - age 18 Currently: 12 physicians and 13 advanced providers in the practice Responsibilities

Work in collaboration with the Pediatric General Surgeon and resident/fellow trainees to provide care to a variety of surgical, post operative, and trauma populations First line of communication for nursing as well as other service lines and trainees at Riley Hospital for Children for PGS service Inpatient rounding and cross coverage of the PGS patient population Oversee day-to-day operations of the Pediatric General Surgery advanced practice provider group Recruit and onboard new APPs, evaluate and support existing APPs Qualifications

FNP, PNP or PA

certification

required 3-5 years of APP experience working with pediatric patients

required Experience with pediatric general surgery, trauma and NICU populations
