Finance Manager – Labor Planning & Analysis

is responsible for overseeing the analytical framework that supports key operational business decisions. This role serves as a subject matter expert, providing insights into field labor, financial modeling, budgeting/forecasting, key performance indicators, and variance analysis. This position collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to drive, implement, and evaluate strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

Budget and forecast labor expenses, project financial impact of various staffing scenarios, and complete related variance analyses. Proactively monitor key trends to identify risks and opportunities, enhancing forecast accuracy and supporting strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and analyses that drive strategic decision making and improve business performance. Determine the impact of company initiatives on key metrics. Present results to leadership across all areas of the business. Analyze, reconcile, and interpret key performance indicators and related data against budgets, forecasts, and historical performance by delayering associated drivers. Collaborate cross-functionally as a financial expert and trusted partner to support strategic initiatives. Mentor junior finance staff to build skills and enhance team performance. Respond to inquiries and ad-hoc requests from operations and finance leadership. Education Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Admin or related field required. Master's Degree preferred. Experience Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis and driving strategic initiatives required. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Superior analytical skills, with strong business and financial acumen, and a proactive, dynamic attitude that drives results. Outstanding ability to communicate and interact with others, excellent organizational skills, and a detail-oriented approach. Comfortable working with assumptions and imperfect data. Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize effectively, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment. Strategic thinker and team player with a positive attitude, service mindset, and curiosity. Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Tableau, Cognos, etc. is a plus.
