Relationship Banker I – Ozark Corners Branch
Join Regions Bank as a Relationship Banker I and help customers build financial wellness. This full‑time, 30‑hour role is ideal for candidates who enjoy customer interaction and are ready to grow within the bank. Primary Responsibilities
Deliver an optimal customer experience on the cash line and by phone, handling deposits, withdrawals, payments and other teller transactions. Answer inquiries, fulfill basic servicing requests such as new/replacement cards, PIN reset, reordering checks and resolve simple problems. Develop relationships with customers, staying well informed about their banking needs. Educate customers on consumer products and digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM). Assist branch and teammates with basic tasks to aid customer problem resolution. Conduct outbound phone calls using generated lead lists to educate customers on emerging technology. Refer customers to internal experts when more complex financial goals are recognized. Follow bank processes, procedures and regulations, completing duties delegated by the Branch Manager and ensuring sound banking practices, including reporting operational risks. Achieve branch targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate guidance on Regions solutions. Requirements
High School Diploma or GED. Ability to work Saturdays as needed. Handle cash and process cash transactions. Communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels. Use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor. Walk and stand for extended periods of time. Lift up to twenty (20) pounds. Preferred Experience
One year of banking, cash‑handling, and/or customer service experience. Compensation & Benefits
Pay range target: $35,299.47 – $40,230.00 USD. Incentive pay plans with potential to earn based on performance.
