We are looking for a Customer Success Agent to assist the Material Sales Manager daily and to perform a variety of administrative tasks as well as What does a Material Sales Customer Success Agent do?
Material Sales Customer Success Agents type, file, handle mail/email, transmit data and information, harvest data, answer phones, and perform other tasks critical to material sales operations and growth. Requirements
To be a successful Material Sales Customer Success Agent, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. Proficiency with MS Office and similar programs is required. Marketing and advertising background with familiarity of constant contact and social media platforms is helpful as well. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Key Responsibilities – Area I
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations to meet company demands and expectations. Receive inbound calls and emails for material requests material procurement and potentially Request photos and data from clients to identify material. Assist with material request follow-ups. Question & Answer liaison for clients of general questions and solutions. Place follow up calls and send emails pre-sale and post-sale (proposal follow up and satisfaction follow up). Solicit 5‐star reviews. Assist with the transmission of photos, samples, etc. Assist with entering new requests into material requests spreadsheet. Assist in data farming and collecting perspective client data (email addresses, websites, etc.), information logging, and general solicitation. May perform additional duties as assigned by leadership. Key Responsibilities – Area II
Create BOL (Bill of Lading) for shipment and send to warehouse or supplier as needed/when required. Transmit shipment tracking data to client (PRO and Terminal information). Track shipments and retrieving POD's (Proof of Delivery Receipts), verifying the recipient’s signature and date of delivery. Legal and Compliance
