Night shift –
6:00 PM – 6:25 AM
(12‑hour bi‑weekly rotating shift schedule, every other weekend). Must be available to train on days and then move to nights as needed. Responsibilities
Ensure minimal risk of cross‑contamination by properly utilizing color‑coded equipment in the appropriate colored zones. Complete clean out of production lines by foaming, sanitizing, scrubbing, and scraping using various chemicals and tools. Work in confined space (Upon successful completion of training). Complete the Master Sanitation schedule of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. Sort through all bad pallets. Sort chemicals, mix and fill up sanitizer tanks. Complete special projects given by Supervisor/Manager. Perform and comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP's). Working overtime is mandatory and requires full participation. Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in accordance with company policy. Perform all functions in accordance with sound safety practices and procedures. Report all safety violations and safety hazards to the Shift Supervisor immediately. Forklift experience a plus. Participate in all safety programs. Have strong work ethic and attendance. Qualifications
Experience: Yes – background in food safety or sanitation preferred. Must successfully pass a pre‑employment background and drug screening. Must be 18 or older. Forklift experience a plus. Benefits
