This role includes the following responsibilities: Superior Customer Service:

Handle customer needs via counter, phone, email, or fax by understanding their requirements, answering questions, creating solutions, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Collaborate with region Territory Sales Managers to enhance coverage and maintain dealer relationships. Educate customers on product features and benefits to boost sales and satisfaction. Sales:

Contribute to the branch's sales goals by maintaining accounts through communication about new products, services, and discounts via outbound calls and counter discussions. Reach out to existing and previous customers. Conflict Resolution:

Address customer issues related to warranties and returns, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve problems efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Follow organizational policies and inform customers of procedures. Order Management:

Process orders and quotes, handle cash, and coordinate deliveries with manufacturing, sales, and vendors. Monitor shipment schedules for timely delivery. Relationship Management:

Collaborate effectively with management and peers to ensure high-quality service across departments. Inventory Management:

Provide stock availability information, conduct cycle counts, and replenish showroom stock as needed. Additional Tasks:

Assist in warehouse activities, including loading and unloading using forklifts. Saturday hours are required during peak season, and on-call duties are expected. Pay Range: $21.50 - $22.70 hourly Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
