The Sales Representative Beverage role involves establishing and nurturing customer relationships to increase sales volume through new account acquisition and growth within existing accounts in the assigned territory. Responsibilities include selling to On Premise and Off Premise accounts, managing inventory, and tracking product distribution. Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers. Collaborate with customers to understand needs and offer tailored solutions. Leverage account relationships to introduce new brands. Conduct regular visits to retail accounts to promote products, secure distribution, merchandise, and stock products. Promote Ben E. Keith brands through promotions, consumer education, and merchandising. Implement company goals to enhance sales, distribution, shelf space, and merchandising coverage. Create product displays and ensure optimal placement of signage and marketing materials. Monitor and execute marketing activities relevant to sales channels. Identify merchandising opportunities and recommend improvements to customers. Maintain organized back stock areas and ensure product freshness through rotation. Regularly check inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation. Attend daily meetings with the Area Sales Manager to discuss market opportunities and challenges. Communicate sales, merchandising opportunities, and competitive activity to management. Project a professional and friendly image at all times. Operate company equipment safely and maintain vehicle cleanliness. Complete surveys and assist with special events in the territory. Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Highly motivated, results-oriented, organized, and detail-focused. Basic math skills and proficiency in English. Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record. Physical ability to move products up to 165 lbs., and perform related physical tasks. Preferred: Microsoft Office proficiency and basic computer skills. High school diploma or GED required. Benefits
