The Postdoctoral Fellow for the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory experiments in cellular and molecular biology. Responsibilities include: Carrying out survival, FACS analysis, ELISA, and molecular biology assays on cell cultures and animal tissues Maintaining mouse colonies, including animal husbandry, genotyping, and collecting organs and tissues Performing stretch and flow assays Managing lab supplies and organization, including freezer organization Data management and preparation of data for presentation in manuscripts, seminars, and other formats Supervising and assisting in training undergraduate and graduate students Qualifications
Successful candidates should have a PhD or equivalent degree with expertise in Molecular and Cellular Biology. Application Instructions
