Who are you? We are seeking
Professional Fine Dining Sous Chefs
to join our exceptional culinary team in Plano. Successful candidates will have at least five (5) years of culinary experience, including preparing culinary products, coaching staff, and working in high-volume environments. The Sous Chef assists the Chef in leading culinary operations, must follow recipes and systems, and demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and team commitment. Experience in a fine dining steak and seafood kitchen is preferred. We seek enthusiastic chefs with leadership potential, aspiring to become executive chefs.
