Fine Dining Executive Chef
We are seeking a visionary Executive Chef to lead the kitchen of our modern fine-dining French restaurant. This is a rare opportunity to shape a culinary program rooted in precision, seasonality, and elegant execution, guided by French technique and modern sensibilities.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $110,000–$125,000, based on experience

Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years in a senior culinary leadership role within a Michelin-level fine dining environment
High-volume kitchen management experience
Expertise in classical and modern French technique, seasonal sourcing, and refined plating
Proven ability to recruit, train, and lead a high-performing back-of-house team
Strong grasp of food and labor cost control, scheduling, and inventory systems
Hands-on, collaborative leadership style with a calm and commanding presence during service
Responsibilities
Culinary Direction: Drive a modern French menu that evolves with the seasons and aligns with the restaurant’s elevated vision
Systems & Costing: Implement systems for inventory, purchasing, recipe development, and food costing
Vendor Relations: Oversee and renegotiate vendor partnerships to maintain quality and cost standards
Financial Accountability: Maintain and improve food and labor cost targets; manage BOH efficiency and spending
Service Leadership: Lead the kitchen during service with a focus on execution, timing, and precision
Team Building: Hire, mentor, and manage sous chefs and kitchen staff while fostering a culture of growth and accountability
Quality Control: Oversee every detail from receiving to prep to plating to ensure consistency and excellence
