Manager, HVAC

Under the direction of the Director of Engineering the incumbent organizes, supervises and manages the repair and preventative maintenance activities of the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance unit, including the building automation controls of all on‑site and off‑site locations to ensure zero to minimal "down time". High school diploma or technical certificate preferred; Must possess a State of CT S-1 License; Six (6) to ten (10) years experience with commercial/industrial HVAC, steam, boiler and refrigeration systems; six (6) to ten (10) years Management experience, five (5) of which must have been in a maintenance environment with ability to manage cross functional teams as directed. EPA Refrigerant certification required.
